Introduction The Blue Fingerprint allows Home Buyers to participate in the arrangements and decisions of the selection process. With help from an options coordinator, Home Buyers select color preferences and add available options to their new home. In addition, clients can choose lighting, appliances, and other features and position them on their floor plans. After selections are made, the Blue Fingerprint summarizes these plans and preferences and reports the final costs to the Home Buyer. BF also communicates home buyer selections to developers, project engineers and contractors.
